When we get to work, we’ll make sure to keep you in the loop during the whole process. We are here to answer your every question, reassure you, and drop a bit of fun into the mix. 8 Easy Steps Towards Your Dream Pond
Step 1. Reach Out To Us
Fill out our form and describe your vision for your pond the best you can. Send us some pictures as well so we can see what we have to work with.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
Step 3. On-Site Consultation
We’ll come to your place to check out your backyard and discuss in detail how you want to transform that space. We’ll give an exact cost and talk about the timeline and materials needed. Finally, we’ll take some measurements and make sure we are on the same page with every detail of your project. When everyone is in agreement, we’ll sign the contract. The on-site consultation is a $500 investment that will be included in the final price of your project, if we work together.
Step 4. We Work Our Magic
Once the planning is solidified, we get to work. We believe it’s highly important to keep you in the loop during the entire duration of your project development. That’s why we’ll provide you with video captures every day to highlight the progress. You can relax knowing we’ll keep you informed at all stages of your pond project.
Step 5. Post-Job Walkthrough
When the project is complete, we’ll clean the area. Next, we’ll do a post-job walkthrough to make sure everything is how you envisioned it. We’ll also offer educational advice and give you the tools to sustain your water feature. For further reading, you’ll also receive a pond owner’s manual with links to instructional videos and tips on maintaining your pond.
Step 6. Love Your Updated Outdoor Space
When everything is to your liking, we’ll get out of your way and let you enjoy your oasis. Call some friends, host a barbeque, and let your new pond amaze you.
Step 7. Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty for craftsmanship and a two-year warranty on all equipment. So in case you run into issues, just give us a call, and we’ll be there for you.
